# Development plan and goals

### Project goals

1. Protection and assistance for stray dogs and other animals;
2. Creating shelters for animals and providing them with quality care;
3. Attracting investors and partners to expand the project and increase its efficiency;
4. Development of unique NFT-collections that will be of special value to collectors and investors;
5. Ensuring transparency regarding the use of funds and effective financial management of the project;
6. Expanding the audience and raising awareness of the issue of homeless animals.

* Conducting animal rescue and care campaigns, including organizing outreach teams to help homeless animals.
* Development of training and support programs for new pet owners, including advice on care and rearing.
* Participation in events and conferences related to animal protection and animal rights in order to draw attention to the problem of homeless animals.
* Collaboration with other animal welfare organizations to share experiences and coordinate actions.
* Developing and promoting products and services to help raise funds to support homeless animals, including the creation of a store selling souvenirs and accessories for animals.
* Continuous expansion of the community of volunteers and philanthropists, including through promotional campaigns and events.
* Regular reporting on the work done and the use of funds received from donations.
* Continuous monitoring of the condition of homeless animals in the region and taking measures to rescue and care for them.
* Developing partnerships with local authorities in order to receive support in solving the problem of homeless animals.

With this development plan for the Doge Secret project, the organization will be able to work effectively to protect and care for homeless animals. It is important not only to attract volunteers and donations, but also to develop training and support programs for new animal owners.
